Nick Kizirnis has spent over fifteen years as a user experience designer, focused on understanding the intersection of business objectives and customer needs, and how to best work with others to help businesses serve their customers, and customers to lead better lives.

Since 2000, Nick has been applying user-centered practices at dozens of organizations – transforming processes, communication and culture. He’s shown business stakeholders, development teams, marketers and IT how to walk a mile in their customer’s shoes, and by doing so learn to work better together with a shared understanding of how to meet their challenges and serve their customers.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Nick loves to make music with the exceptional musicians he calls friends. He and his wife are raising their kids (who may or may not turn out to be musicians), teaching them to appreciate good coffee and realize that the world is a large and varied place.
